We create a new app for each building, fully customized. The structure has been thoroughly tested and the first implementation took place in 2019.
Updates are constantly made to connect concierge services, book spaces such as gym and meeting rooms, integrate with smart doors and external applications, submit technical tickets, publish events and news, share documents, and communicate within the community of users, with suppliers and with emergency contacts.

Our teams of professionals provide concierge services in large corporate headquarters, multi-tenant buildings, business parks and commercial destinations. We also offer concierge services in high-end apartment buildings, Built-To-Rent, and large urban developments in the residential sector. Additionally, we provide remote concierge services to complement employee benefits programs or assist with staff and family relocations.
InvestiRE entrusted TopLife with the task of providing concierge and front-office services to the inhabitants of the residential buildings included in the PRS Fund. They also engaged us in the design of the shared spaces (e.g. layout and FFNE of gym and coworking areas) and of the technology for smart doors and maintenance tickets.
TopLife contributed to define the spaces dedicated to the community’s engagement (e.g. gym, playground, shared kitchen, cinema room, tool sharing). These facilities are located within the seveal towers of the large residential development of SeiMilano, where our concierge manages day-by-day operations.
The residents of Bosco Verticale Tower E enjoy a 5-star hotel service thanks to the presence of TopLife concierges 24/7, who also take care of the reservation of gym and meeting room, supported by a customized app.
TopLife presides the reception desks of the two Wellio sites in Milan, offering concierge services to every single user, monitoring meeting rooms reservations, organizing events and assisting tenants with their onboarding and requests.
The headquarters of Enel in Milan host the professional concierges of TopLife, who developed a customized system to manage shared spaces, working desks and employees’ welfare.
The complexity of a business park such as Segreen, with its multiple buildings and attractions (e.g. cafeteria, restaurant, kindergarten, car care point, parking, fitness centre) is governed by the integration between an on-site concierge and the app for requesting services, booking spaces and opening maintenance tickets.

TopLife was founded in 2010 with the idea of applying the quality standards and processes of premium hotels to residential and office buildings. No longer a doorman or a simple security service, but a reception staffed by professionals with a vocation for hospitality, motivated by the career opportunities within the company.
These people are the heart of TopLife: they establish and maintain a relationship of trust and collaboration with those who work or live in the building, as well as with the entire ecosystem of suppliers, to establish synergy and harmony.
We believe in the continuous development, empowerment and talent of young people. This is why our average age is under 30, and why we work with university institutes (e.g. Bocconi and IULM) to select the managers of the future and carry out research projects.
Our drive for innovation leads us to minimise the environmental impact of both ourselves and the users of the buildings in which we operate, promoting paperless procedures and implementing green nudges to encourage reduced consumption and other sustainable behaviours.
